Our Policies:
Our Guarantee: You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. We are unquestionably the best at what we do in Prahran and we back it with our 100% Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your service here at Ella Bache Prahran then we will gladly redo the service free at a convenient to you. You will NOT get this guarantee at ANY OTHER salon.
Booking an appointment: Although we welcome walk-ins, bookings are recommended for all treatments to ensure our therapist's availability. We recommend scheduling appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Credit cards details or gift vouchers are require to secure the booking. Late cancellation or no shows impact our business significantly so we confirm appointments 24 hours prior by SMS or telephone. As a courtesy to our therapists and waitlisted clients, we appreciate 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise 100% of the scheduled treatment will be charged to you or any gift voucher will be voided. Late arrivals will be offered a reduced or alternative appointment so not to inconvenience the next client or therapist, however a full fee will charged.
Appointment Confirmation: We will ask for your phone number so we can confirm your appointment and your mobile is the best form of contact. We will confirm your appointment via text message. If you do not confirm your appointment within 8 hours we are unable to guarantee your booking.
Etiquette: Due to your precious relaxation time and as a courtesy to others, we ask for all mobiles to be silenced or switched off.
Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date. A gift voucher number is required when making your appointment and must be presented on the day of the appointment. We require 12 hours notice if a Gift Voucher treatment is cancelled or changed. If this notice is not given, the Gift Voucher will be voided.
